What Women Are Saying

The entire experience was really well done, even before the retreat started. Each moment was thoughtfully planned and orchestrated, including the deep sharing that happened in circle, the meals, the yoga and sound bath, and even the breaks. Jamie, Sarah, and Rosalie created a sacred space to lean into growth and healing, then fully jump in, and finally to integrate. I cherished the full experience and will definitely do this again in the future.

There are absolutely no words to be able to convey how incredible and life changing this retreat was for me. Sarah as well as our other guides Rosalie and Kerri are forever tied to my soul and I just don’t know how to say thank you enough for all that they did for me before, during, and after the retreat. If you have any hesitation in saying yes to doing a psilocybin retreat, know that you will be in the most incredible hands of Sarah to guide you through your journey. You don’t have to be courageous, you just have to be willing. Trust the process

I’ve been dealing with depression my whole life. I’d seen research on psilocybin and was in a place to try it. It was such a supportive environment. So much time and effort was put into the planning of this retreat, and I’m so appreciative!!! Sarah and her team love what they do and are amazing at it! The food was so delicious and elevated! I’m incredibly grateful and blessed to have had this amazing experience. It has helped me feel better and make life seem less overwhelming already.

I had a beautiful and safe experience that provided so much healing and self-awareness. With plant medicine, I am able to live my life as I intend with increased energy and motivation, improvement in my emotional regulation, and a deeper connection in my relationships.

Sarah, in my mind's eye, brings safety and security. She visited me in my mind's eye during both of my journeys and helped me walk through passageways and purge in rivers, which tells me I honor her expertise. She brings me empathy, compassion, and reflection as she guides me in preparing for my experience.

The weekend retreat, Awaken the Divine , with Sarah and Jamie went well beyond my expectations. Every detail of our time together was well thought out and executed perfectly. They created a warm environment in which to safely explore my spiritual and emotional health. I left feeling enlightened and educated. I will be forever grateful for this opportunity and for the friendships that I made. I am very thankful and grateful for the profound experience that it was.

I’m so glad I chose this retreat to experience my first psilocybin journey. From start to finish the facilitators made feel cared for, appreciated and safe.

The vegan meals were lovingly prepared and so delicious!

I participated in a recent Women’s retreat with Sarah and Jaime this month, and it was an extraordinary experience. It was my first time trying psilocybin assisted therapy, and I was nervous, but Sarah and Jaime prepared us well. They created a loving and peaceful space where the eight of us could relax, reflect, and nurture ourselves. I couldn’t have felt safer during the journey.

I have indeed changed, and am in touch with the Divine thanks to the medicine and the loving guidance of Sarah and Jaime.

5 stars would recommend! Jamie and Sarah do a wonderful job creating a safe and welcoming container leading up to journey. The property is comfy and conducive to both group time -sharing circles, yoga, sound baths; and alone time. The food is delicious and the perfect sustenance to nourish the journey. I treasure this experience and only hope more women are able to participate!

Sarah carries a gentle strength and rock-solid competence that allowed me—a lifelong control-freak—to fully let go and trust the medicine. I gained more than I ever imagined and genuinely feel as though I accomplished six years of therapy in a single day.

This journey stands among the most significant experiences of my life—right alongside the birth of my children. I’m profoundly grateful I found the courage to do this, and I will absolutely do it again… but only with Sarah.
